Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Uptime Room monitoring service, websites and applications (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Numrush, trading as Uptime Room ("Numrush", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Uptime Room provides external uptime and performance monitoring, alerting and status pages. We may add, change or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to monitor targets you are not authorised to test, to probe or attack third-party systems, to send unlawful or abusive content, to attempt to breach or overload our infrastructure, or to resell the Service without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
4. Plans, billing and Merchant of Record
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) at the price shown on our Pricing page. Our order process and payments are handled by Paddle.com, who act as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle, not Numrush, is the seller of record on your transaction and issues your invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund and cancellation terms.
5. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes. As Merchant of Record, Paddle calculates, collects and remits sales tax, VAT and GST where required.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
7. Service availability and support
We provide reasonable-effort support by email at support@uptimeroom.com. Planned maintenance and incident history are published on our status page.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that monitoring will detect every outage or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numrush will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
