Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you use the Uptime Room service. The data controller is Numrush, trading as Uptime Room ("Numrush", "we", "us"). Uptime Room is built with a GDPR and CCPA product baseline: self-service data export and hard-delete, DSAR intake, Global Privacy Control honored at the edge, an EU-region data option, and an always-on audit log. We do not sell or share personal data.

What we collect

How we use it

We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, to send alerts and transactional messages you have configured, to process payments, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations. We rely on contract, legitimate interest and legal obligation as our lawful bases under GDPR.

Sub-processor registry

Each independent provider is SOC 2 or GDPR compliant and DPAs are on file. A customer DPA template with Standard Contractual Clauses covers the India transfer.

Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by law afterwards. Monitoring history is retained according to your plan. On deletion we perform a true hard-delete cascade across PostgreSQL, the time-series store, object storage, push subscriptions and the credit ledger.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data anytime from Settings. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing. To exercise a right, email support@uptimeroom.com.
